Occupational & Liquor Licenses

The Assumption Parish Police Jury provides occupational licensing of businesses within the Parish.

A completed and signed form must be submitted to the Police Jury. After approval is received from the Assumption Parish Police Jury, the business owner must then take the signed occupational license application to the Assumption Parish Sheriff's Office for processing, payment and issuance of the actual license.
